The company is a result of a dream by common man Mr. Z.N. Patayat who started to work as a Trainee Engineer in Sangli MIDC , his hard work and dedication lead him to successful path were he made the foundation of PK Pumps AND PRECICAST PVT. LTD . It was his dream, dedication and hard work accompanied with customer satisfaction and support that made PK Pumps a reputed brand in the area of pump manufacturing. Started with a workshop, today the area of P.k pumps is spread over 70,000 sqft.

P.K.PUMPS having the highly experienced, passionate team of engineers with sound design capability. P.K.PUMPS has strong roots in manufacturing technology with strict quality control procedure over a range of process conditions that assures high level of performance. The manufacturing infrastructure of PK PUMPS comprises 2 plants covering more than 70000 sqft . It includes computerized modern machining facilities, in house alloy steel foundry, pattern making, testing facility and multiple assembly sections to meet the demand of variety of P.k.pumps products.

PK PUMPS designs, develops, produces and provides total industrial pumping solutions. For over 25 years, we have been responsible for the major innovations and advances in various centrifugal process pumps designs.

Heat Treatment : We are also having heat treatment plant equipped, with diesel & gas fired furnace having with temperature controller & graph chart recorder for various treatment operation such as Annealing, Normalizing, tempering & stress relieving.

Chemistry Testing : We have GNR ITALLY make spectrometer with 18 channels facilities for testing & recording of all grades of alloys steels.

Physical Testing : We are having UTM machine for tensile testing & hardness testing machine fir testing of hardness impact machine, Metallurgical microscope etc.

P K pumps is Alloy Steel (stainless Steel) Foundry.

We have a medium frequency induction furnace of 250 KW manufactured by INDUCTOTHERM (INDIA) PVT.LTD; AHEMEDABAD & WITH 2 nos. of melting crucibles (a) 300kg-1No. (b)500Kg-1 No. We can melt any type of Alloys & Possible to do single piece casting upto 550 kg.
